Board Meeting
Minutes - September 26, 2009
October 2009 e-mail vote:
At the September 26 Board Meeting, a motion was passed to
amend the by-laws. This
motion required a vote of the membership.
To Article 4, Section 2 add “The President” so that the
statement reads:
“The President, the First Vice President, the Second Vice
President, the immediate Past President, Advisor, National Board
Representative and the President elect may serve in the capacity of
one committee chair in addition to being an officer.”
Members were asked to vote by October 21.
Members were notified of its unanimous approval on October 23, 2009
